Marathon Music Works suggests using taxis or a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft. If you choose to drive, there is street parking available and some privately owned paid lots nearby. These lots are not owned by Marathon Music Works and towing is strictly enforced.

What time should I arrive?
If you are one of the limited Photo Op ticket holders please arrive at 2pm the check in and get in line for your photo. There will be no photographer so please bring your camera or camera phone with you. All other guests may check-in starting at 4pm.
What time do Kara & Nate take the stage?
Kara & Nate will begin the program at approximately 6:30pm.

How long is the event?
Photo Op ticket holders arrive beginning at 2pm and General Admission ticket holders arrive beginning at 4pm. The program will last until approximately 10:00pm.
Where should I stay?
Marathon Music Works is just minutes from downtown Nashville, we suggest booking a hotel in the heart of the city so you can take in all that Nashville has to offer!
Can I bring my kids?
Infants-in-arms are welcome without a ticket. All other children will need a ticket for venue capacity policies.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is acceptable. We want you to be comfortable! You never know what the weather will be in Nashville this time of year so be sure to check the forecast a few days before the event and prepare accordingly. We suggest following @NashSevereWx for the most accurate weather updates as we near the event date.
Will there be food?
Yes! There will be food for purchase available from food trucks on-site at the event.
Do I need my ID?
Yes, if you plan to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
No, we can look you up in our system electronically.
Will I get to meet Kara & Nate?
We hope so! Their goal is to meet as many of you as possible! Kara & Nate will be mingling with the crowd intermittently throughout the evening. Your best chance to meet them if you are not a limited Photo Op ticket holder will be from 4-6pm and 8:30-10:30pm.
What can I bring to the venue?
We want everyone to have a great time, but there are some thing you simply can’t bring to a show or event according to the policies of Marathon Music Works. Here is the list of restricted items:
No Weapons of any kind. This includes knives, canons, muskets, throwing stars, long wallet chains, lead pipes, and anything else that might hurt somebody. If you aren’t sure, don’t bring it in.
No Smoking (this includes vaping) *We have a deck for smokers and non-smokers alike
No Outside Food or Beverage
No Illegal Drugs
No Selfie Sticks
No Mace
No Backpacks
No Hula Hoops
No Glow Sticks
No Umbrellas (If it rains, you can leave your umbrellas by the front door)

What if I leave something behind at the venue?
Contact Marathon Music Works during regular business hours at (615) 891-1781 or stop by their Box Office on Fridays from 10am-4pm to check if they found your items. They hold all lost and found items in their Box Office for 7 days. After 7 days, they donate all items.
